How your information is handled.
Sangham respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information with care. This page explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the rights you have in relation to it.
Information collected
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this site, the information collected includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you subscribe to receive essays by email, only your email address is collected. No other personal information is gathered through the site itself.
How this information is used
The information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to arrange an initial consultation. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes beyond the specific communication you have initiated.
Confidentiality of session content
Session content is treated confidentially in line with professional ethics and applicable legal obligations. Confidentiality may be limited where there is a serious risk of harm or another legal duty to disclose. Sessions are not recorded or stored without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to manage the enquiry. Once the purpose of the communication has been fulfilled, your data is not kept beyond what is reasonably required.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site in aggregate. This helps improve the content and structure of the site over time. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or adjusting your browser settings.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by Sangham. To make such a request, please email ramarishi@sangham.org.
